Payments are processed through Stripe Connect, and revenue is paid directly to your own Stripe account. IDIT never holds payment funds.
Data is stored with encryption, and exports are available when closing your account. We do not sell data to third parties.
We notify users of incidents and significant changes as needed, and avoid SLA number claims while sharing operational progress.
